The standard shipping time is a minimum of 5 business days from the date of order, varying depending on the destination. Delivery applies to products in stock, and for those unavailable, the specific term will be communicated upon order confirmation.
Order confirmation is made by phone or email, and prices include 9% VAT for dietary supplements and 19% for other products. After confirming the order and the total payment amount, including delivery fee*, you will receive a payment link via BLINK PAY from euplatesc.ro.
Shipping is made according to business hours, Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 4 pm, and the delivery fee is calculated according to the geographical area specified in our rate table. We remind you that, for certain remote areas, additional costs may be added, which will be communicated during order confirmation.
For the UK, VAT is not applicable to orders and customs duties will be borne by the customer upon receipt of the package, in accordance with UK regulations. In the event of refusal of an order delivered to the UK, OSMO PHARM® reserves the right not to refund the return shipping costs.
