Our legal responsibilities

If these actions affect you or the content you have shared, we will inform you of the receipt of such a request within the specified timeframe or, if there is no predefined timeframe, before acting on the request.

We will respond to your complaint promptly and provide clarifications regarding the objections raised.
Note: If a complaint or referral is considered unfounded, the complainant will be informed accordingly. However, if complaints or referrals persist repeatedly, despite our warnings, we reserve the right to suspend the processing of complaints from the complainant for a period of 12 months.
