COSMO PHARM® now delivers to the European Union.
The packages are delivered via the UPS courier company.
The actual transport takes at least 5 days from the moment the order is sent, a term that differs depending on the city and country of delivery.
The delivery term is valid for products in stock. In the case of products that are not in stock, the delivery term will be specified and established when confirming the order.
Orders will be confirmed by phone or via e-mail. Prices include 9% VAT for food supplements and 19% for other products (creams, masks, etc.).
After confirming the order + payment amount + related delivery fee*, payment of the invoice for the order is made via a payment link that will be sent to the e-mail address provided correctly in the order. Online payment via payment link is made through the bLINK PAY service offered by https://www.euplatesc.ro/
After paying the invoice and confirming the payment, the order will be shipped to the address mentioned, according to the confirmed details.
Order confirmation and shipping schedule: Monday-Friday between 8 am and 4 pm.
Delivery fee* for orders containing products sold and delivered in the EU is calculated according to the Delivery Area and can be consulted in the table below.
*An additional cost for Delivery to Remote Areas (islands, remote territories) may be added to the delivery fee in the table below, which will be communicated by phone at the time of order confirmation.
