Fall asleep quickly and wake up refreshed!
Melatonin 5 mg rapid release is a reliable aid for occasional insomnia. Melatonin helps establish a restful, relaxing sleep schedule and better physical and mental health.
What is melatonin
Melatonin is a natural hormone, also called the “sleep hormone”, which is produced by the pineal gland located in the brain. Our body is programmed to start producing melatonin in response to visual receptors, immediately after it gets dark. However, although the sleep hormone is secreted throughout the night, its maximum level is only reached in the morning.
With the first rays of sunlight, melatonin levels begin to drop drastically, and the sleep-wake cycle (circadian rhythm) will resume its course the following evening.
Because melatonin production does not reach a high level for all people with the onset of darkness, many of them face difficulty falling asleep.
Melatonin Benefits
Melatonin for sleep
Clinical research shows that rapid-release melatonin helps us fall asleep faster and achieve restful sleep throughout the night.
In addition to the benefits it brings to sleep, laboratory studies show that melatonin is a powerful antioxidant, which helps slow down the aging process.
Melatonin 5 mg improves eye health, seasonal depression and HGH levels.
Depression, anxiety, or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) can be the root cause of chronic insomnia. Traumatic brain injury (TBI), neurological disorders such as dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, or Parkinson’s disease can also be a major cause of insomnia.

Sublingual melatonin – the best melatonin
Sublingual melatonin is considered the best melatonin, because it enters the bloodstream the fastest, through the vasculature of the mouth, and sublingual administration avoids the destruction of the substance by gastric juices.
